About Us

The Love Mom XOXO Foundation, Inc. was founded in 2022 in honor of Lynn Nespoli Lewis.

In December 2020, I lost my only sister suddenly to a brain aneurysm. Losing a sister was hard enough – but it wasn’t nearly as hard as losing a mother. My sister left behind 3 beautiful children, 15, 17 and 19. The children had milestones coming up – college, high school graduations, driver’s licenses. So many things that a Mom took care of. I watched them try to navigate through life with this sudden, devastating turn. Her husband was at a loss as to how to handle the household, how to pay bills, how to care for the children - in a way that only their Mother could. Everyone’s roles had changed – everyone was trying to find their place. Emotions running high as to not only how they would deal with the present – but what’s to come in the future.

Children should never have to suffer the loss of a parent and this can also be especially difficult for the parent left behind. We all wanted to help, but like most, we didn't know how. We did what we could and still do. After seeing everything our sister's family is going through and the hurdles that come up along the way, I felt we needed to do something special to honor their Mother and help other families who have also suffered the devastating loss of a parent in their family as well.  With the blessing of her 3 children, the support and collaboration of our family, the Love Mom XOXO Foundation became a reality, and her family looks forward to helping others and making Lynn proud!
